Terms of Service

1. What CRAFT is
CRAFT is a marketplace connecting athletes with independent sport-specific skill coaches. Coaches are independent contractors, not employees or agents of CRAFT.
2. Eligibility and guardians
Athletes under 18 require a linked parent or guardian who grants consent and holds the payment relationship. Accounts may not be created for anyone under 10.
3. Coaching outcomes
Coaching is professional instruction, not a guarantee of results, playing time, selection, or recruitment. Skill evaluations are a coach's professional judgment, not measurements.
4. Payments and commission
CRAFT collects payment from athletes and parents, retains a platform commission disclosed at the time of transaction, and remits the balance to coaches less payment-processing costs.
5. Subscriptions
Monthly coaching renews automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Conduct and safety
Attempting to move a coaching relationship with a minor off-platform, or any conduct that endangers an athlete, results in immediate removal.
7. Content
Athletes retain ownership of video they submit and grant coaches a limited licence to review and annotate it for the purpose of providing coaching.
8. Termination
CRAFT may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with an audit record of the action and reason.
