Placeholder. This is a demonstration product. Handling minors' personal data lawfully requires a real privacy programme — COPPA and state-law analysis, verifiable parental consent, a data-retention schedule and a data-protection review. None of that has been done here.
What we collect
Account details, athlete profile information (date of birth, sport, position, goals, skills), coaching content (video submissions, feedback, drill assignments, messages) and payment records.
Why we collect it
To match athletes with appropriate coaches, deliver coaching, process payments, and maintain safety and moderation systems.
Minors
Athletes under 18 must have a linked guardian. Guardians can view coaching conversations, submitted video and feedback, and control per-athlete permissions.
Video
Submitted video is stored via the configured storage provider and shared with the specific coach it was submitted to. It is not used for advertising or sold to third parties.
Message retention
Messages are retained to support moderation, guardian oversight and safety investigations.
Your choices
Users can request deletion of their account and associated content, subject to records CRAFT is required to retain for legal, tax or safety reasons.
